First check the App's settings to confirm notifications are on and scheduled when you want them. Then check your phone's settings: on iPhone, Settings → Notifications → MyBeing; on Android, Settings → Apps → MyBeing → Notifications. Battery-saver and Focus/Do Not Disturb modes can also silence notifications. Still nothing? Email us with your device model.
Open the App's Settings to update your profile details and preferences at any time — your affirmations adapt to what you set.
Email support@enthu.ai with what happened, what you expected, your device model, and a screenshot if you can. It all goes straight to the team that builds the App.
